Orange Brown Butter Vinaigrette
A sweet and nutty salad dressing that is a great way to make a fortifying salad for lunch or dinner. It’s the perfect way to brighten up a cold winter day. I love using hearty greens like radicchio or kale which have a slice bitter taste.
Miso Carbonara
A creative take on the classic Roman pasta dish that involves a savory Japanese staple - miso.
Mac N’ Cheese
This is the creamy mac n’ cheese that went viral on TikTok and Instagram: sharp white cheddar, Parmesan cheese, and a golden garlic-Panko topping. Skip the crumbs for the stove top version.
Cold, Triple Onion Dippy
Prepare the breath mints for this one. It’s got loads of onion flavor and beats of the other onion dips that come in a jar. It’s great with the classic Ruffles chips, fresh flat bread or even on a steak.
